Over two decades ago, when a national insurer needed Nevada lawyers with experience in both premises liability and insurance law, that insurer asked CDS founding shareholder Doug Christian to join forces with their most trusted Nevada defense firm. The team comprised of that Nevada defense firm and this Arizona insurance boutique led to a third law firm: Christian, Johnson, Sluga, & Mushmeche, PLLC. CJSM is a joint venture owned by Las Vegas-based Christian, Johnson, Sluga & Mushmeche and by Phoenix-based Christian, Dichter & Sluga, P.C. The joint venture allows each firm to contribute the right combination of lawyers and resources to provide clients with efficient, individualized attention to their legal needs in the state in which they need them.
