Gena Sluga is a shareholder with Christian, Dichter, & Sluga P.C. and its Nevada affiliate, Christian, Johnson, Sluga, & Mushmeche, PLLC. She is licensed to practice in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. Her practice emphasizes insurance coverage analysis.

Gena has been representing insurers in complex insurance disputes and coverage litigation for more than 25 years. She works with regional, national, and international insurance companies, representing them in connection with coverage disputes and bad faith claims under first-party property policies and all forms of third-party liability insurance, including Directors & Officers and Errors & Omissions policies. Gena’s big-picture approach to coverage disputes allows her to protect her clients’ goals and overall business needs with accurate, practical advice that is specific to the jurisdictions in which she practices.

Gena is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She maintains a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and has been recognized as a leading insurance coverage attorney in the Southwestern United States.
