Christian Dichter & Sluga announces that Partner, J.P. Harrington Bisceglia, has been formally admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico. She was granted limited admission in October of 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she was unable to attend the swearing-in ceremony and sign the Roll of Attorneys until April 2022.
Ms. Harrington Bisceglia focuses her practice on insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation. She handles her clients’ needs from case assessment, investigation, discovery, settlement, trial, and appeal. She has spent her entire legal career working in insurance defense litigation, and has represented clients in a broad range of cases including insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, medical and other professional liability claims, nursing home litigation, subrogation, and general civil litigation. We are excited to expand her representation to New Mexico matters.
